Hi jusbella As I do not have any blackout area with my current TG 784n V3 ie just regular router without the power of 55UHP - can you comment on using TP Link Archer C7 V2 instead of RT-AC55UHP? rgds QUOTE(jusbella @ May 19 2016, 09:12 PM) For best router, u can choose Asus brand. Personally I don't like tp link brand as previous my day bad experience with those router. Currently I am experiencing SLOW Download Speed but normal upload speed(see the attached image). Anyone experiencing this? Attached thumbnail(s)

I think it's depend area... Majority of my customer also Maxis fiber for many many years ad no issue... Include myself too no issue.... called maxis, they have a bandwidth shortage and upgrading their network. The slowdown start since monday and affect speed in peak hours 8pm-2am.

Maybe different problem, I'm in sentul and my max speed is 5-6mbps only. Sometimes even less. And it happens at night only.

When maxperts come todo the installation, they just bring the maxis router on bike. Ask me to buy new phone for the voip. I ask them why I can't use my phone currently plug on the btu use for my unifi? They don't know and need call the real maxperts on the phone.

First i experience extreme slow down. Around nightine drop line no connection at all on 29th Yesterday make report direct at maxiscentre said will dispatch a consultant to my house today will notify me the time. But till now called 1800 82 4663 nobody pickup at all called over 2 hours since 10am

So called Maxperts is not maxis staff, all maxis ftth is outsourced to contractor. Enjoy the suffering!
