Not for money laundering lah, just need to get some Euro for studying overseas oni. Meaning cash 40k I want to buy some € to pay univ tuition bills.

cause i'm taking the asb loan and my ccard application and car loan (cannot borrow max) all failed although i told the bank officer its asb loan

well your 40k is juz "small" amount for banks.. No worries.. if u wanna withdraw more than 100k, then got problem.. u needed to inform bank earlier (depend on branch location)

BSN at selected branches only which have already upgraded to the new system. Alliance bank I'm not sure but I remember reading somewhere that they're now an agent for ASNB. Whether they can do ASM transactions or all branches can do transactions I'm not sure unfortunately.
