Agreed. need to depends who is the one who maintain and manage the mall, or else it will be like a dead town or white elephant.
Even big developer also have failed mall management before, who can guarantee the outcome?

look at the atmosphere first, look at the people there, look at sfera now.

anyway...i genuinely think that this is going to end up as a bad project. Sell me at 30-40% discount i also will not buy. Guys, i believe most are buying using hard earned money, please do some due diligence and don't just buy blindly into a project.

I'm not saying equine park will failed but even if equine do succeed it is likely wont be at meta this location. Study the demographic and know the area super well before you commit, especially committing to this so special punya metacity location

maybe people is buy for ownstay.. doesnt exist any investment idea.. then i would say for them, this is not a bad project..

Some update for you guys. Best selling for meta city is type 757sqft 3bedroom(tower B). Almost fully sold after launching at april. Others are slow.
