Yes,more suitable for own stay, i would say quite good project with the affordable price

not until very affordable, for the size and price actually ok after rebates.
but in term of amenities, traffic and other concern, that's why i said is better to own stay than investment.

Agreed. need to depends who is the one who maintain and manage the mall, or else it will be like a dead town or white elephant.
Even big developer also have failed mall management before, who can guarantee the outcome?

look at the atmosphere first, look at the people there, look at sfera now.

No doubt some of the point he said make sense, but investment for this project, i dont really think so.
If you buying for own stay, still ok.
