Just that l have yet seen any light in the unit.

i staying nearby, this meta city progress seem very very slow. the mall, flyover all these not yet start as on now.

One agent (who promoted this project) showed me a news article quoting an adun member to suggest the flyover proposal .

I used skve from 101 Sitimall and exit to LDP. The vehicle queue is crazily long at the traffic light bridge to this project. Most of the time, the cars from cyber are trying to get in to the traffic queue.
Me who has just exit from skve, am trying to "bang all the way out" to LDP lanes. Very dangerous.

So a flyover is really a requirement.

This flyover has been agreed to build by meta city developer many years ago. This in their plan showing to customers. Developer told me will build a long with the mall. However many years past, not started yet

That's what I understand too. That the flyover will be completed together with the mall. However, with a mall, there's no immediate cash flow, unlike selling of residential units/apartments. Mall will be slow recurring revenue, as it can't be sold.

First lelong unit check in.

Tis 1 high chance upcar , most ppl prefer Beverly's Equine Residence / One Equine which attach to Aeon Mall Equine Park . That area more happening , few banks there and alot choice of foods
