Metacity sales staff at the showroom really very super unfriendly.
one of the worst i have seen. as if their project is so great high above the sky.
seems that the exclusivity is given only to Adrain Wee team.
they dont need the outsider to buy they just need AW.
one AW can pau the entire project.

Fine. this project success or not really depends on their mall.
i also want to see how far they can go with such attitudes.

one of the agent i know him not long brought me to go see the showroom.
while i was viewing there is this showroom personnel sitting at the sofa which i not sure who he is just sitting there relaxing only.
i was thirsty after surveying this seri kembangan area, and saw a machine at their showroom, standard right, suppose to open to public.
that staff, say those benefit is to serve AW and gang only.
walao, i was like this type of attitude. so the outsider customer is not really their target.

my agent friend brought me to see the layout, forget is 450sf or what. is nice layout and possibility of cutting extra room in living area.
but those kind of experience you get from Metacity.
and they also specially set up a room just to cater to AW only.

so, i know. even if your project can fly i also wont invest.
if the management can hire this kind of attitude staff, you would know what kind of management they having.
project not even fully sold or completed, and is a mall, not something easy to manage.
already so ARROGANT.

when i start seeing massive lelong at this area, i will clap my hand to them.
as it is now in seri kembangan this area already massive lelong units.

AW is quite arrogant and rough with his words.
but frankly he has a different set of thinking from the normal people.
ie dying with massive debts does make sense but when you come to do it, is not easily acceptable.

AW is not selling property or teaching you really how to choose property, he can claim how good he is.
in fact he is just selling DREAMS. if you follow him long enough, he dont really talk about property much.
he talks about money all the time, how to leverage on money.

Usually you stay where you will have slightly bias favorable to that place. you can ask anyone and they will tell you the same.
however what you have just shared also i agree. everything is there even MRT is near.
how successful will be for this project will be depended on the mall.
many people say Metacity never manage a mall before. so there is some risk there. just you want to take the risk or not.
assume they fail, is still a good place to stay and easy to use MRT to go to city.

about the sales staff just let them be. they are just low level people that think that they are better than you.
if they are better they wont be sitting at the showroom. these people wont go very far but it also shows how well is Metacity managing their staff.
staff like that i wont expect their management have good SOP. you can walk into those reputable developer showroom.
no matter who you are, you wear slipper also they will entertain you. Metacity just LOW STANDARD

haha...he heavily invested in bukit jalil the park 2 + shoplot there. he banging big on Pavillion 2.
meta city dont have any track record of managing mall. how many mall have already failed.
is a risky bet to buy, but if you just invest in their small studio unit that is fine. worse case scenario is still ok.
ownself go stay studio lor. or else rent cheap like room sure got people want.
but those who believe and mall fail, then expensive lesson. those who greedy compress then (speechless)

i like his weird thinking but find it hard to accept this method.
he has his ability also that i agree but i dont like the idea of compression loan and refinancing and putting yourself into high debts.
if property only 1 way up, yes, can do.
one thing he fail to share is the risk in doing all these debts. noob doesnt know and fall victim.
he earn his course fee but his student will suffer if things go wrong.

somehow or rather the complicated highway always lead me to this place. i want to go back to subang jaya but always the gps will lead me pass this place.
this place i not say like nor say dont like. but the lelong price here attracts me a lot.
really cheap. even dual key unit also cheap.
only the price is attractive. this place i camp here half day. makan vise still got chinese shop. heard many malay dominate this place also.
near to some universities. and equine park macam quite hot. mrt also ada.
other than that, i dont see what else is attractive here.

but he did say he sold off some to reconsolidate and bang on pavillion 2.

i think pavillion bkt jalil may eventually be great.
opposite, there are still many vacant land and there is already plan to build Wellness City.
not mall mall mall. too many malls already.
