I was quoted net price 282k for 450 sq ft (no cashback) by SA which translates to 626 psf. siao idk how they selling this kind of price.

Metacity is about 2km away from o2 residence. O2 residence is a new development lelong until rm200+ persquareft.

I would be very wary of this project selling at 600 persqft.

meta city dont have any track record of managing mall. how many mall have already failed.
is a risky bet to buy, but if you just invest in their small studio unit that is fine. worse case scenario is still ok.
ownself go stay studio lor. or else rent cheap like room sure got people want.
but those who believe and mall fail, then expensive lesson. those who greedy compress then (speechless)

Hmmm, can really compare also, cause Meta City Mall will be the first big mall in this area, further down, either IOI Puchong or IOI Cyber

I mean as in nearby here, the next one coming up is Pavillion 2 @ Bukit Jalil

This Meta City mall will look like the concept of Midvalley, with multiple exits and entrance, direct entrance from the highway (LDP)
+ they have their convention centre themselves, next time no need go so far to Mid Valley for any Expo, the convention centre is bought by Adrian Wee, so I believe he does see potential future value in this area, or more specific, this project.
