This Meta City mall will look like the concept of Midvalley, with multiple exits and entrance, direct entrance from the highway (LDP)
+ they have their convention centre themselves, next time no need go so far to Mid Valley for any Expo, the convention centre is bought by Adrian Wee, so I believe he does see potential future value in this area, or more specific, this project.

UPM students can stay in campus hostel until they finish study. Usually only those rich kids with car will move out to rent. But generally, students from government uni are mostly coming from lower to middle income groups so very rare you'll see them to rent outside. So forget about targeting upm students as tenants. You can't compete with hostel rentals. It's unbelievable bloody cheap even tho I don't remember exactly how much

Completion might be expected to move forward, almost to the top for Tower A.

One agent (who promoted this project) showed me a news article quoting an adun member to suggest the flyover proposal .

I used skve from 101 Sitimall and exit to LDP. The vehicle queue is crazily long at the traffic light bridge to this project. Most of the time, the cars from cyber are trying to get in to the traffic queue.
Me who has just exit from skve, am trying to "bang all the way out" to LDP lanes. Very dangerous.

So a flyover is really a requirement.
