some day they must extend when kajang mrt cannot support the usage, if far sighted + have money, extending to beranang make sense......... but whn is that day is yawn.gif

bus terminal with feeder bus direct to MRT kajang from beranang/rinching/semenyih is also quite good already for now...

Developer price for 20 x 70 is 458k if not mistaken, if 500k is very reasonable price..

Here u go fr 20×65.. circa 500k got listings n dis is b4 nego.. any 20×70 VP now?? 20×65 launch price i see 420-460k depending on builtup while 20×70 i see 455-528k minimum fr intermediate lots.. Sourced from propcafe

500k hardly make money after 2 years wor...minus interest and fees. bear in mind start at 400k is very subjective i would say range of 410-440k? some prop have doubled in this last 2 years... sweat.gif

20 x 70 subsale cheapest is Angusta unit (DIBS unit), buildup 1690 sqf, current asking price is around 550k if not mistaken.. Those associate / staff flipper units with more discount may have lower asking price loh.. brows.gif brows.gif

20x65 (Pallida) = From RM500k (lowest can get 480k with urgent sell unit)
20x70 (Angusta) = From RM530k

With this bad market, new launch 20*70 RM600k b4 rebate in 2016? Real house prices trending down in the past few months with high mark up, so its still not reflected in trx value...

I don't quite get it why semenyih landed prices are jacked up that high? For that price can get a decent 3-year old DS semi-d at BSP, putra height's neighbour.
