EcoMajestic will have 170 acres Silversquare commercial area. SEH 2 shall allocate 119 acres of commercial area instead... Side by side....

Two plots of land, measuring 5 acres and 30.9 acres will be reserved for private institution...
Perhaps we can expect one new university / college university will be landed in SEH 2 soon? |

30.9 acres is a fairly big piece of land...

Reading the article noted that:
Net sellable area is 501 acres, of which 382 acres for residential (incl. 215 acres for stratified properties) and 119 acres for commercial. It means 56% of the residential will be under strata-titled. This is one of the main changes vis-a-vis SEH which now has no stratified dev. |
