How is the occupancy rate at SEH?
I notice there are a lot units put on market for sale.

I confirmed with 2 SA.
S&P, Loan agreement, stamp duty and MOT covered by developer.

400 listings in iProperty. Unique units on market mayb 100 to 150 units?

50% occupancy is consider very good. better than my expectation jor...

do you have to apply loan now or wait til end of 2 yrs baru apply under 10:90 scheme?

what happens if you cant secure loan at the end of year 2?

1. Setia Alam, Shah Alam, PJ corridor.
2. Semenyih, Kajang, Cheras corridor.

Bet which one has better capital appreciation in future? I bet no 1. But only time can tell.

Yes, BTS concept using standard HDA SPA Schedule I (individual title) and Schedule J (strata-title).

Applicable to 20 x 70 units only which under 10:90 scheme I suppose.

For Alexus and Everna, conventional scheme applies.

Depending which route you are using, if taking Lekas (2 tolls), if not taking Lekas 1 toll (Silk or Cheras-Kajang).

HTC issue if you discuss with SA, they will tell you some discussion has been started to put those cable underground.. May need to get a confirmation in black and white if possible.
