Apparently Sam taikor is right all along. The precincts with dsl & 'mini' clusters are located in Wetlands (FnG), those bungalows, semi-ds & clusters are in Woodlands (stratified GnG) and lastly the most eastern zone where bukit tempurung is also located is called Highlands. thumbsup.gif

Setia Alam starts to be developed about 5-7 years earlier than Semenyih, thus better advantage compare to SEH 2. Nonetheless, entry price definitely will be much higher and may .. Pro and Cons, depends on individual preference..

im probably going to book a unit coming weekend...was looking at 20 x 70 end/corner lot...any advice?

just that the phase 1 for 20 x 70 is facing South...only the center row facing North...confused...

Pick something that you prefer, no right or wrong.. end lot generally is 140k more expensive, just take hat in mind if you want to buy it solely for investment..

Yes, Banyas (20x70) 1 most units are facing south (4 rows), only the center row is facing north (1 row). Banyas 2 is more equal in facing, 2 rows facing south (center) and 2 rows facing north (left and right).

Normal, as it will be deducted against the downpayment. If can't get loan, will be refunded, if not mistaken need to deduct a small amount (RM500 for example) for processing fees.

20 x 70 is under 10:90 scheme, no further rebate anyway.
