Why are the designs for the 2-storey terrace houses is so so only?

Apparently Sam taikor is right all along. The precincts with dsl & 'mini' clusters are located in Wetlands (FnG), those bungalows, semi-ds & clusters are in Woodlands (stratified GnG) and lastly the most eastern zone where bukit tempurung is also located is called Highlands.

Setia Alam starts to be developed about 5-7 years earlier than Semenyih, thus better advantage compare to SEH 2. Nonetheless, entry price definitely will be much higher and may .. Pro and Cons, depends on individual preference..

Yes, Banyas (20x70) 1 most units are facing south (4 rows), only the center row is facing north (1 row). Banyas 2 is more equal in facing, 2 rows facing south (center) and 2 rows facing north (left and right).

Normal, as it will be deducted against the downpayment. If can't get loan, will be refunded, if not mistaken need to deduct a small amount (RM500 for example) for processing fees.

20 x 70 is under 10:90 scheme, no further rebate anyway.
