Rimbayu chimes 90% of units sapu-ed in first day with majority insiders...

Most of them not going to move inside but expect to flip to someone else...

Will be interesting to see the moving in and subsale liquidity with TA + BR + ES keep adding supplies that at this moment >3000 units

Any idea where does the HTC runs in SEH 2 ? Is it near the proposed DSL 20x65/20x70 ?

Conventional design, no linear garden at the back. DSL 20x65 Alexus rear fully extended, bu: 1859 sf.

I think not too near since the DSL will be separated from the HTC by a school complex and community centre in between, but definitely visible. Although the same could not be said for some of the apartments at the north, since they will face the HTC directly.

Setia EcoHill 2, which will also have a commercial component, has a GDV of RM5 billion. Its net sellable area is about 500 acres — 382 acres for homes and 119 acres for commercial properties. The remaining 510 acres will be for amenities, landscaping and common areas.

Setia EcoHill 2 is expected to be developed in 18 phases over the next 10 years.

There will also be 13 commercial plots of between 1 and 18.9 acres. The group is currently in talks with private educational institutions to set up an international school on a 35.9-acre parcel.
