Guys...firstly I was told by SA that they are discussing with Telekom to get the HTC in between EM and SEH2 to go with underground cable. Not sure how true is this. Secondly, I am stuck between between SEH2 and Eco Ardence. Eyeing for 20x70 btw. Wats ur bet.

Guys..i thought they only give 1% as referral discount..was not aware of the 5% early discount..foes that mean we just need to pay 5% and sign the SPA..and balance 90% after VP?
