QUOTE(kerolzarmyfanboy @ Feb 14 2015, 07:50 PM) they have changed from peasants to a rather professional army and i though FARC is the best militant group ever for their uniform, weaponry, troops if ISIS started to commandeer fighter aircraft and navy ships after this, i'll be damned..... http://www.theguardian.com/world/2014/oct/...ig-planes-syria

QUOTE(ayanami_tard @ Feb 14 2015, 07:21 PM) i'm talking about trained pilots..that could provide air support/air strikes for ISIS..the articles said ISIS are training the pilots to become kamikaze pilots..what a waste of pilots and jets if they do just that..

With 3 jets and with almost no possibility of getting spare parts and weapons for it, i doubt they can operate this jet other than being a kamikaze plane.

those Saxon look like WW II relics, wonder why today Rosbiff can't into a much nicer and capable design of armored vehicle. And in contrast, the French, Jerries and Turks know their jobs and had a sound designs for their armored vehicles.

QUOTE(MilitaryMadness @ Feb 14 2015, 12:11 PM) US intelligence services estimate IS and other Islamist groups has recruited 20,000 foreign fighters, including westerners IS fighters in digital desert camouflage uniforms during the execution of Jordanian pilot Ali Al-KasasbehUS intelligence services estimated that Islamic State and other Islamist groups in Syria and Iraq has recruited at least 20,000 foreign fighters, including 3,500 westerners and 150 US citizens. This includes those who have intercepted or failed to actually get into Syria and Iraq. The actual status of the foreign fighters in Syria are currently unknown, it is probably some are already killed in the battles there, but intelligence agencies cannot absolutely confirm their status. It is feared some have falsified their deaths and are using 'clean' identities to return to their home countries for bombings and terror campaigns. "This is a tremendous estimate" said a US intelligence official, adding "The number of foreign fighters in this conflict is greater than 1980s Afghanistan, Iraq, Yugoslavia and Somalia all put together" the way they wear the uniform, the way they hold the gun, makes me very skeptical if they really is IS/ISIL, i mean, the real Islamic rebel group in syria

Those Western contribution with airstrike won't mean a thing.
This is not a conspiracy theory....but a peaceful Middle East with harmonious relations between its nations is actually a scary environment for Israel and US.
It's just common sense.....

And in contrast, the French, Jerries and Turks know their jobs and had a sound designs for their armored vehicles. The Saxon is designed from late 1970s, so not so strange it looks rather dated. Also it was never intended for frontline duties, just rear area armored personnel carrier and counter-insurgency duties. Sorta like a proto-MRAP. It spent most of its career running COIN duties in Northern Ireland. Meet Olga Sergeevna A.K.A "Corsa", NAF supreme commander of Debaltsevo task force QUOTE A mysterious female commander was selected by the Pro-Russian separatist leadership to command the operation to capture Debaltsevo earlier this month. Virtually nothing is known about the commander with the nome de guerre "Corsa", who has been allegedly been identified as Olga Sergeevna. Here she is pictured as inspecting a battery of Grad MLRS launchers outside Debaltsevo. News Link: Pictured- Female Pro-Russian commander charged with capturing debaltsevoWow....never saw that one coming.

QUOTE(trollboy @ Feb 15 2015, 01:00 PM) anybody know why we chose pt-91m?? other than weight, the t84m seems a lot better with capability to launch atgm and also has active protection, and its only heavier by 5 tons which is not really a lot considering the amount of goodies it has compared to pt91m are we gonna get anymore tanks?? The polish accept barter trade deal Also bear in mind that the t84 tested here in the year 2000 is the baseline version and is different from the t84m which only produced in 2008, no active protection, no advanced panoramic optics, no atgm firing capability yet This post has been edited by KYPMbangi: Feb 15 2015, 01:40 PM

my thoiught exactly. they both share the same design(both are heavily upgraded T-72), so the boys has little trouble migrating to one another
nothing wrong with PT-91 but since the poles is withdrawing them from front line service, there's no reason that they gonna continue the production line. now they ar concentrating on production of their rosomak instead
problem is, Russia-EU relation isn't good right now
