1st you say even shops don provide service to item that over the warranty period,but in fact for item like yours (2nd hand) they do provide service if advance inform have been done in a polite way

2nd , from the chat log provide,u have been acting silent a.k.a. acting stupid.if you wanna compare your service to a shop,how often you see a shop dont reply customer's call/sms/msn msg?

avenger dude,i doubt u can get your money back,even if winning in fact,certain ppl will just keep silent and no refund will be done.after all just internet id,create a new one and restart the game.

I answer all the user's query via phone call. Sometime no, I was sleeping.
I do not answer his sms because he is treatening me.
I already informed him to send back. But he delay the postal.
FYI he send on saturday.

i sent it on sunday, 8th oct, coz all couriers here closed on 7th oct.

he received the item on next day.

Simple explaination.

I send the item on 29 Sept and Avenger received at 30 Sept
Avenger send on 8 Oct and I received it on 9 Oct

told u i got no time.

When you told me...as i know that day is 6th Oct....You told me last minute and I do not accept your reason.

So still no other facts other than the delayed shipping?
Not accepting his reason is not a valid reason to deny warranty claims

The point in the attachment was that you did not reply his MSN msgs telling you he's gonna be sending it late

Shop RMA and here RMA are abit different...

He notified u within the warranty period, and said will be late returning it and u agreed..(as he said)

Well...few months back i bought handphone from shop but found it faulty the next day...
So called the shop and they said take it back to RMA, but the shop was far so asked can send back late and they agreed...

i can see the pic just fine, genius. stop being such a nitwit and answer the questions people are asking please. enough of this bullshit already.

He let me know the 2nd day the items was faulty i ask him faster send back. but he delay until 5 days. then he sent back. I cant accept it.
