QUOTE(Espionage @ Oct 13 2006, 12:50 AM)
The things is reported earlier but the goods does not reach on hand within the time frame...

example...

you bought a hw from lowyat store.
you found it faulty. you made a call to the shop it is faulty....the shop agreed to do warranty in the time frame if the buyer able to return the good within the time frame.
the buyer agreed and promised to be delivered before this the warranty period end.

the shop waits until the warranty is over. finally the good is at the shop.

Nothing the shop can do right now.

All can be done is to return back the faulty goods.
*
brother, the shop open 7 days a week. They will not avoid their customer and also will pick up the phone to address their customer enquiry.

but u seems to be avoiding by not replying. How the thing is suppose to even reach u if u avoid ? This is not fair at all.

Espionage, nevermind the fact that avenger has annoyed u, u still have to fair when trading in the forum.

1. He did notify u that the item is damage within the warranty period.
2. The damage was cause because the heatsink was install on the cpu and pressure for courier handling caused it to crack.
3. U stated that u knew it took 2 to 4 days sometimes to post it to kedah not to mention it was the feasting month yet u want to hold the 1 week warranty on the date that u posted the item?

YES I AGREED

2. The damage was cause because the heatsink was install on the cpu and pressure for courier handling caused it to crack.
WHAT IS YOUR POINT HERE?

3. U stated that u knew it took 2 to 4 days sometimes to post it to kedah not to mention it was the feasting month yet u want to hold the 1 week warranty on the date that u posted the item?
DURING FASTING TIME, I AM ABLE TO DELIVER THE GOODS TO HIM IN 1 DAY TIME BUT HE DELAY THE POSTAGE BECAUSE HE GOT NO TIME TO DO THAT. WHICH HE THINKS THAT IS NOT IMPORTANT.

pls get a strong point to post to me....
i felt that most of the question here does not come to the point of RMA.

meaning to say..
your warranty sticker is 10/10/06, you bring the items to the shop on 11/10/06. How will the shop entertain you?

Pls be on the side of business mind. The part is not about considerate case instead of RMA process.

pls bare in mind.

so u still trying to play tricks ? if u say like that, even if u got the item back within 7 days u can actually pretend u didn't receive, then say u got the item back when it's over 7 days so no warranty, happy for you smile.gif nice trick... but i don't think so it works here.

2. The damage was cause because the heatsink was install on the cpu and pressure for courier handling caused it to crack.
WHAT IS YOUR POINT HERE?

My point is I know u r habouring thoughts that he damaged the item by bad handling. My point is u should know full well that u should never pack a cpu with a heatsink install unless the cpu has a heat cap/spreader. But none the less on to the next point:

3. U stated that u knew it took 2 to 4 days sometimes to post it to kedah not to mention it was the feasting month yet u want to hold the 1 week warranty on the date that u posted the item?

First of u didnt deliver the item in 1 day. Poslaju did so dont make a big deal about it. Now i could go on that u r not a shop that handles items from a distro that has to have the RMA items in a certain period of time so that they send it back to manufacturer or their own tech centres for repairs. No instead i gonna put it clearly for u: u did not state before payment was made that should the item/s be faulty that it has to be delivered by to u by no more than 7 days. U only state when payment was made it was a 7 day warranty so avenger is thinking he has to make his claim in 7 days not send the item back within 7 days. Which if there was a worest case senario, it would have taken 4 days by ur estimation to get to him.

RMA shop is RMA shop, you deliver to the distro within the time period they'll honour the warranty - that's because they're INFORMED within the stipulated period.

in this deal it is different, don't tell me your warranty period also start from the day you sent to the buyer? cannot be mah, the warranty period only starts when it arrives at buyer place. and within that 7 days (7x 24 hrs) is the warranty period.

if we go by your rationale - it is damn illogical and ridiculous. if buyer discover it even on the 7th day a few hrs before warranty period is over, it's still impossible to claim from your personal warranty as by the time the goods reaches your hand it'll be the 8th day and you'll come with the reason.

so you would like the final answer to be returned back the procs that he posted to me?

If he request i will post it back......

end of the story...

this is totally unacceptable. You're cheating n u want to return the procs after the proc is faulty. The seller is delaying time so he can run off his warranty n that is for sure. Not a responsible seller i must say. Anyone agree with me ?

yawn.gif silly solution ?indeed, silly solution only for silly ppl like u,have been following this thread, and if its not because avenger living in kedah,i think he will whack u up personally.

mind to explain why u didnt reply when avenger msg and told u there will be a delay for him to post the item back to you? even if u bought something from the shop,if u phone back and tell them that there will be a 1~2 days late for item returning in polite way, they will understand and accept it,this is what happen on me smile.gif

ps:i still can see that chat log pic posted by avenger, some silly ppl just trying to avoid from admiting it
