avenger, Espionage wants u to state what sort of solution u want now:

1. Refund
2. Replacement CPU

initially..my personal warranty is 1 week.
buyer got the goods on saturday / sunday.... I post on friday, i think...
but i've receive back the faulty items on monday....
it have been passed personal warranty period..

Well, when did the buyer reported the item was faulty? If the request for refund was made during the personal warranty period, then you have to refund.

basically...the warranty period is over....
1 week is 7 days and it is not 8 or 9 days...
you have to know...the 7 days is the duration that starts from the customer got the goods and not the duration i sent the item to the pos office.

basically if the item if faulty the buyer will return the goods immediately to the seller and let the seller to test it to be confirm is it valid or not valid.

Refund is another case....

if the items is not working i will give another unit if i have...if not i will refund...

Well the problem lies in the fact u have both his money n the items.

you are skipping point. i sms u asking is it ok if i send it on sunday, coz all courier service close on that day, of course i cannot send it out. u never reply.

it's quite obvious from the chat that you r trying to avoid replying ? this is not fair for avenger then u give excuse that it's over. This thread was open on 1st Oct, so it's very obvious that the faulty was reported within 7 days.

now u have the money and the item. I do think u should refund or replace with a working unit and not sit there, assuming nothing happen

The things is reported earlier but the goods does not reach on hand within the time frame...

example...

you bought a hw from lowyat store.
you found it faulty. you made a call to the shop it is faulty....the shop agreed to do warranty in the time frame if the buyer able to return the good within the time frame.
the buyer agreed and promised to be delivered before this the warranty period end.

the shop waits until the warranty is over. finally the good is at the shop.

Nothing the shop can do right now.

All can be done is to return back the faulty goods.
