common, RM15 mouse doesn't really fit into "gaming grade" mouse even if you can use it to frag. It is just "normal" mouse.

and you want a brand for RM15 mouse? try tecom...or eview or ABC brand. they all come out from the same factory anyway.

Why spend 200 bucks on a "gaming grade" mouse when it is vastly inferior to good ol intellimouse ? Surely theres a reason why almost everyone in the pro gaming scene use the IME 3.0.

As long as u feel comfy with your RM10 mouse, and it doesnt skip at high flicking speeds. Thats your gaming mouse biggrin.gif

Anyone here have tested an A4Tech X7-MF mouse?
I couldn't find some actual user feedbacks on that mouse. It's as hard as finding the mouse itself, especially here in Penang.

I'm looking for something which has good functions, high sensitivty, small(I'm used to small mouse rather than big ones) and most importantly, cheap (means <RM100).

Any recomendations other than the X7-MF.

There is, i'm using one.(at least plays my games well enough for me...haha)

It's sensitive enough(just enough), it's small(as i liked), but just doesn't have tat many buttons and functions(tats the downside of a RM10 mouse IMHO).

IME3.0 will be like Rm100+ right? and it is not the Rm15 mouse.
so it is within the range of gaming grade (quality, speed and comfort).
wanna try frag me with ur rm10 mouse? laugh.gif

Using a Razer Diamondback for gaming currently. Good and fast mouse, but a little on the small side (but that's ok bcoz I have small hands). Basically you spend your hard-earned cash on a "gaming" mouse for the speed, adjustability, and STYLE factor. Now that I own a Razer, I must qualify that IMO Logitech gives the best balance in terms of comfort and performance, although less STYLISH than my Diamondback. I think the Logitech G5 and MX series are all SOLID mice.

Diamondback maybe? I think it's bigger than the krait (which is pretty small) right?

Or if you don't mind other brands, like Microsoft and Logitech there're relatively larger ones.

Those are cordless ones? Erm,I'm no pro on gaming mice, but I don't generally think ppl go for cordless when they wanna find "gaming grade" ones.

Of course it won't suck at games or anythin, but it's just not the general way tongue.gif

Yes there is. That would be because progamers have been playing competitively since long ago before the masses of gaming grade mice have been released. And for consistency sake, they remain using IME.

The IME 3.0 suffers from quite a bit of negative acceleration though, if you're using a low sensitivity like me. takes me 2 swipes of my 40cm wide qck to do a 180 degree.

i heard review said mx has no lag at all, just like corded mouse. but my experience with vx, it is kind of lag. But not that much that you feel annoyed by it. in fact, i don't even notice there was lag after days of testing.

however, vx is kinda small, not appropriate for gaming especially if you have bit hand. to me, i prefer smaller mouse coz i only move it using fingers, not the whole palm. but best as multimedia mouse coz of its many buttons.

^Microsoft fanboy tongue.gif

And Smy,since IME 3.0 is pretty darn good, ppl stick to it for consistency as mentioned by chiam_ace.

Hopefully I like my Death Adder and stick to it for consistency as well.

And "gaming grade" is pretty much marketing (if they state the words on their ads) As long as the mice performs well and is comfortable to one,it's pretty much gaming grade already (so IME 3.0 is pretty much gaming grade, since so many are happy with it)
