for the price diff from 245 (copperhead) vs 115 (krait) (moderno prices) is alot difference ... but the performance isnt much apart .. just that copperhead can go 2000 dpi which u dont need and the krait can go 1600 dpi ... lol ... im using krait in all the games i play .. its a good overall mouse ...

my 2 cents ...

I think, it depend on the user loo...

If he's an extreme gamer, then he should get that kind of gaming mouse...

For instance, like counterstrike, yes, u need a good mouse to get the best out of the game...

More than 800 DPi to be used is best for that kind of games... wub.gif

dude ... i prefer u to get either the LEGENDARY MS IE3 mouse or LOGITECH MX518 ...

for mousepad .. it depends on u whether u like hard(funC1030) or cloth(everglide titan) ...

about mouse's DPI .. dun worry ... the best mouse is the mouse that u feel great while holding it ... FPS oni need around 400-800 DPI ... for RTS ... a 1000+ is more than enough ...

juz to share out my opinion ...

none of the professional cs players use copperhead
it sux to e core bcoz it doenst give a real grip than just good technical specs in it

i say go for something comfy that fits ur hand and with good decent specs
why not the logitech mx518 or g5
choosing a mousepad requires alot of research
whether u want a smooth surface which is meant for high speed
or grip surface which more or less cloth pads

u need teflon speeds for plastic pad to preserve the surface or it will be flat in no time

you gotta look into nice pads that will give u consisten control so u dont have to adjust ur sensitivity all the time
get use to it or something
u dont need it to be expensive
or expensive if u like
i would spend 50-70bux on a giant cloth pad which helps
