How to confirm in advance? Don't want to leave osaka and end up can't buy in kansai airport.. I guess next best is to buy at the yamazaki distillery right? Or any other cheaper shops in osaka?

Apart from local travel agency and park counter, where else can I purchase the ticket for Universal Studio Japan in advance (online or in japan)? Is it still available for sale at lawson or JR midori counter?

Is there any website showing the expected number of visitors to USJ in calendar format, similar to what they have for disneyland tokyo?

very confused here, is icoca card covered biwako line? i check on japan guide some said yes some said no. because i am trying to travel from Seta (shiga) to Kyoto station (biwako line) for 3 days.

icoca card is just like touch and go, not a special pass. most of the major IC cards in japan can be used in other regions nowadays.

I bought the ticket in advance at USJ website together with express pass, then you print it out as QR code for admission.

Hokkaido only awake during Winter only. Autumm season best time was Moutain Hiking, enjoying whole moutain in yellow colour. but your wife sure don't want this activities.

Basically you go Hokkaido at Autumm will boring like gila. Furano is only thing you still can enjoy at Hokkaido during Autumm. Don't expect to see any Lavender anymore.

Conclusion...except sea food, Autumm ...boring !!!
