Oh yes...you are right! budget thing....

So long as can input the company name, I should be able to claim back the full amount.

Question is that, I couldn't find a place to input company name sweat.gif

Haha! Maybe you can update your Agoda account to Company Name. That's where they pull your Name from.

Luckily my company doesn't restrict me to hotel booking under company name only can claim.

If company pays, why do you bother saving money through agoda and risk not getting reimbursed?
*
Book through agoda can get point. Later can use point to enjoy holiday with family.

hi all,

want to ask about this promo by maybank.

8.88% p.a for 36 months (balance transfer).

is it a good time for me to do BT?
*
Depend on you. Just you should know that you're going to be charge 25% upfront, which it's not very worth it if you had money to pay.

I tried Harvey Norman on Saturday.
They said they still accept redemption, but only by every RM50.
Means if the things we bought at RM69, we have to pay extra RM19 and redeem TP to RM50.

Thanks for the info. thumbup.gif

Glad to hear that they still accepting treatspoint redemption. biggrin.gif

Yeah, they have been doing that for sometime now. At least since late last year.

Yup, read term n conditions
All the example is already better explain there.
I'm not sure how to explain it better.

Just take the amount that you want to transfer, times 26.64% (8.88%*3) and divide back to 36 month, which is monthly amount that you need to pay.
The thing is, this is all done in upfront.
If the gift that interest you, need to mind that we already pay 2-3 times from the price of the device itself. The price of the item also already mention in the tnc.

Kudos to Maybank that give a tnc that is well explain and easy to understand.

thanks sir, almost fall to the trap. sad.gif

another question, again for BT.

0% and upfront handling fee of 3% (12 months)
4.5% and no upfront handling fee (24 months)

If I take the 24months BT, is it give me more benefit? the differences is 1.5%.

BT is like a trap to can make it into deeper shit if not carefully handled.

For me, I will only consider BT if there is a 0% interest, 0% unfront fee. And hefty discipline you will need to make sure you pay up on time.

Maybank is local bank. Shd follow local time instead of merchant time. The charges will post to their system based on local time. If maybank is foreign bank, then we might have timing differences since foreign bank has different branches around the world.
