they just charged me RM50 for gov tax in current month bill and from what i understand,there will be no gov tax once GST kicked in. can i ask them to waive it?

BT is like a trap to can make it into deeper shit if not carefully handled.

For me, I will only consider BT if there is a 0% interest, 0% unfront fee. And hefty discipline you will need to make sure you pay up on time.

call CS and try your luck..
but i would say no chance to waive it..

u may email to Maybank card centre n ask for cash rebate. I also kena once, after email, they investigate and credit back the cash back to me. I done my transaction on Saturday midnight 12+am to buy online via groupon spore. They tag as Friday, n i write in to get back my refund with my SMS showing my transaction alert made on Saturday.

Maybank is local bank. Shd follow local time instead of merchant time. The charges will post to their system based on local time. If maybank is foreign bank, then we might have timing differences since foreign bank has different branches around the world.
