Just notice that MBB2Amex transactions' posting & transaction dates are almost always the same whereas MBB2Visa is one day diff. Since already earned max rm50 rebate for Amex, no point to swipe on 31-1-15(Sat) using Amex.

But if you have no other card to be use or less than 2% rebate, you can then use back Amex for point x5 (2% rebate) |

I wonder anyone do Maybank BT at 100% credit card limit?
It did happen to me this month. Previous used up 67% credit limit. This month I do for another 33% balance transfer and it is approved. Anyone know why? |

Anyone has experience purchasing from Amazon US, paying with AMEX?
How many days till the transaction is recorded and posted into Maybank system? I plan to buy from amazon US on weekend (Malaysian time). Does this transaction still falls on weekends even if US posting date is later? |

QUOTE(David83 @ Jan 27 2015, 06:44 PM) 2. If I do have to pay for RM 50 service tax, can I ask the customer service to refund RM 50 to me after April 2015? High chances that they will say no, but I don't think there's any harm in trying. It's just gonna be a 5 minute phone call. NO. Since it's not pro-rated. QUOTE(sendohz @ Jan 29 2015, 12:09 PM) Follow Malaysian timing. If you are aiming for the cash back, posting date does not matter. Refer to the FAQ on the first page. |

Amazon only charge your cc when they shipped..How many days till the transaction is recorded and posted into Maybank system? I plan to buy from amazon US on weekend (Malaysian time). Does this transaction still falls on weekends even if US posting date is later? so you can't gauge the transaction time.. sometime they shipped within a day or two but something can go up to few days.. |

QUOTE(CoolCatToM @ Dec 4 2014, 02:05 PM) Regarding the GST, I thought it's RM100? Regarding this confusion that I posted at V11 previously, I'm being charge at RM50 service tax at AMEX only at 15 January 2015. I'm confused by the customer service representative at Maybank branch Kuching. When I apply, they said it's RM50. When I collect my credit card and double check with them again, they still say RM50 not RM100. So is Maybank did not update them or something is not right here? My visa card has no service tax charge yet. So, my service tax is not RM100? |

So, my service tax is not RM100? if they recharge back to your visa/mastercard, then you've been duly informed 2xRM50 GST anyway. so, what's the issue again? |

Sorry for noob question but who determines whether the other card (apart from AMEX) will be MC or Visa when applying? Is one better over the other btw the latter 2?
