Hi all. recently got my mbb amex card.

1. the question is do i need to register it at atm for TAC purpose? ( like debit card)

2. and if i need to register it at atm, what is my pin number?

maybank rep doesn't explain me a thing when i collecting the card.

1. I did not register. I thought mobile no. is automatically registered as TAC when u submit the application form?

I applied and obtained my Maybank 2 Cards on early December 2014.

Recently, the following is charged to my AMEX card:
SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL RM50.00

There is no service tax being charged to my MasterCard.

Question:
1. Credit card GST will be abolished in April 2015. Do I have to pay for this RM 50 service tax?

2. If I do have to pay for RM 50 service tax, can I ask the customer service to refund RM 50 to me after April 2015?

You have to go to a counter in any Maybank branch, and request for PIN numbers for each of your Maybank 2 Cards. The bank officer will assign temporary PIN numbers for each of your Maybank 2 Cards. Then, put your credit card into Maybank ATM, one card at one time, to change to your preferred PIN numbers.

With the PIN numbers, you can use your credit card in any Maybank ATM, such as to get cash advance from your credit card (not recommended as it is very expensive to get cash advance).

NO. Since it's not pro-rated.

Applied for credit limit increase and today it's almost three times my salary. Not bad very efficient.

Submitted my application form Maybank 2 platinum amex n visa n another form for the visa infinite after reading Gen X's blog.....if got it ll cancel my uob infinite as it become redundant card....

still waiting for my cards to arrive. really gonna sit down and do some financial management.

hi guys, mind to ask how long normally does it takes and what courier will the bank use to send the credit card to my address?

i received sms on 23/1/15 telling me that the application is approved.
and I also saw 2 cards number appear in my M2u account already pending activation.

I forgot what courier was used to send mine. But I received it around 2 days after SMS received. In M2U it was shown like a week before already.
