I'm currently renting a apartment in Shah Alam.
Using Streamyx for 2 years then UNIFI for more than 2 years.
Soon, in a month, will move my house, also in Shah Alam.
I can see the green UNIFI box in the back of my new house.

What I should do?
1. Transfer my account to my new house OR
2. terminated and create new account at my new house.

Experienced router issues for sometime with Unifi Dlink WBR2300. Very slow and pages took time to load. Speedtest is really bad for wired & wifi. After making complain TMNut replace with Innatech RG4332. Speedtest is at acceptable level now. Hope its stable. Is Innatect better than Dlink?

Only pay RM209. Not RM199 + RM60 but rather RM149 + RM60 or perhaps RM199 + RM20 since must have the hypptv together with the Unifi.


Unifi basic 20 mps is RM249 a mth. For jumbo package, total all in is RM269, just RM20 more.

I'm a few months away to my two year Unifi contract. The cordless phone started not working, needing a replacement. I'm thinking to terminating contract and restart another one soon to get the equipment. Just want to know if anyone else has done that.

hi guys, having some problem with unifi just upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10

however i seems to unable to load some websites like celcom,maxis, digi, or very slow connection to china websites

it just hangs there in a blank screen

tried googledns n open dns, cant solve it...

Could be a router issue. Unifi silver color routers are real shytty. Call & lodge complain.

Bro, its not like that

If u google ja jumbo package, the list of channels coveted are there.

The 1 mth free premium channels means all premium channel are free for the first mth. This is actually given to all new unifi and hyppyv subscribers.

After the 1 mrh, you can only watch the channels that is on your package.

To me paying additional RM20 more is worth it over and above the normal VIP 10 price for the ja jumbo package to get the channel for the hypptv
