hi all, just want to ask about upgrading unifi speed
do i need to go to centre to upgrade from 5 to 20 mbps, or just call? can i get discount for existing customer? alrdy 3 yrs using. usually after apply for speed increase, how long need to wait before they apply it? thats all tq |

called unifi today, i thought price for 20mbps is rm199 then still need to pay additional rm60 for jumbo deal

guys can tell me is there a modem for unifi that have QoS, but through wifi and application? like when i start to play dota2 the QoS will reserve something like 2Mbps or reserve 2Mbps for my ip address when i start the computer? if can i want to have this feature. finding one <rm200.

is there a way to reduce latency? all games i play, their server are located overseas. is malaysia isp routing bad? tried vpn such as wtfast didnt work
