Not too sure if anyone experienced this before..
The hypptv is connected using homeplug (router upstairs, homeplug on extension) then the other homeplug connected to STB downstairs. Everything was good until i changed to LED lights in the living room, the picture goes choppy whenever the LED lights are switched on.. is there something to do with the LED light's electrical frequency that caused this and how do i overcome it? Can't be using wired as it's quite far tho..
Pleaseeee help...
Most likely there is electrical interference on the electrical line that your homeplug and the LED light's line. The hypptv is connected using homeplug (router upstairs, homeplug on extension) then the other homeplug connected to STB downstairs. couple of things you could try:-
1) change different bulb (non led?)
2) is the home plug is on an extension or direct to the wall? If its on extension, then try direct to the wall
3) try plugging the wall plug to a different wall plug
4) pull a new wire line for either homeplug or LED light
those are couple of options to try out
