Not too sure if anyone experienced this before..
The hypptv is connected using homeplug (router upstairs, homeplug on extension) then the other homeplug connected to STB downstairs. Everything was good until i changed to LED lights in the living room, the picture goes choppy whenever the LED lights are switched on.. is there something to do with the LED light's electrical frequency that caused this and how do i overcome it? Can't be using wired as it's quite far tho..
Pleaseeee help...

Most likely there is electrical interference on the electrical line that your homeplug and the LED light's line.

couple of things you could try:-
1) change different bulb (non led?)
2) is the home plug is on an extension or direct to the wall? If its on extension, then try direct to the wall
3) try plugging the wall plug to a different wall plug
4) pull a new wire line for either homeplug or LED light

those are couple of options to try out

Hi Sifus... I highly doubt its a router issue, but everyday for the last few days, when I turn on my router, i notice that as long as my IP Address is 60.xx.xx.xx (as long as starts with 60 lah)... I will have no internet. I need to restart my router, till I get a diff IP that does not start with 60, internet will be fine. Any ideas why?

My router is the ASUS AC one. Thanks ya

I'm on 60.xx.xx.xx right now and the internet's just fine.

I do have the same issue when i use homeplug on mine. My Hypptv will be choppy / stuck if i were to plug something like an motor or drill sort of stuff beside the homeplug.

Btw, anyone have any idea whats the difference between Mega pack and Jumbo pack in terms of channels available?

Hi guys, today installer came, set up everything, but to my demise, the modem is Innacomm RG4332, with TM's customised webUI.

So I'm unable to find any setting for DNS.

Good thing is I still have my old one DIR 615.

Question: Can I reset my DIR 615 and replace it for this Rg4332? I'll just need unifi username and unifi password right?

guys, i had speed issue that bothering me almost 1 month since first week of new years
I had no kind of issue like this before

i've been subscribe VIP 5( the contract finished long time ago), few weeks back the speed come to normal, but that just fast, it came back to worse again until now.

i had check the equipments, the equipments may old but everything seems healthy

the bandwidth usage in this house is quite intensive, it's like 5 people watch youtube at one time, and multiply it by 2 for our Handheld

from the speed test above i find the download was stable at 1.35 mbps, do you think this is speed throttle ?
and i live on High rise in Cheras, i've been thinking to change my isp to Maxis any suggestion ? (is it right thread to discuss Maxis ? LOL)

Yes you can change the RG4332 to DIR-615 & yes you just need your UniFi PPPoE username & password.
