Please feedback here if you need further assistance in this issue.
Btw, do you overclock your Rig? If yes, please try to reset to original clock and run your system and see if BSOD occured.
Thanks

Did you uninstall all of your driver before cloning? If you're still able to load into windows there still a chance for you to reinstall your Graphic Card Driver & Motherboard CHipset driver.

Make sure you fully uninstall your old motherboard chipset driver before installing new driver.

Hope it helps..

Hi there,
Are you using ASUS Graphic cards?
Please do not install the ASUS Enhanced Graphic Driver.
Use Nvidia driver/ATI driver for your GC.

Hi there, your BSOD presented this UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M with an error on win32k.sys
You have been experiencing the same issue twice. Did you recently add any new hardware to your pc such as RAM?
there are only two possibilities that create this error either is your RAM or your Vista is having problem with Ragnarok Online.

I would suggest you to repair your window. If possible please DO NOT let the system file intact and that way it will get rid of the driver. After done repair,
reinstall the driver.

The reason i suggest you to do this is because you just change your mobo, gc and dvd rom without uninstall the previous driver. Somemore you are cloning from your previous rig. Conflict within the driver itself inside your system file.

Thanks

if you are not sure on how to do it,
you can open a thread at general discussion to seek for help.
But to play safe,
send to shop and tell them your problem.
