Why not you try to call up developer & looking for Ms.Wari (Admin Assistant), check with her which lawyer in charge your unit, she will help you to arrange for signing

i passed to an agent that station there. she said rhb and mbb can recognize 480k and try to get 90% loan. i never ask for loan-in the legal fee. i expect to pay the legal fee by myself because i dun wan she story me must take their panel lawyer.

i choose my own banker from outside...faster than appointed agent...

  Anyone know how developer arrange the parking Lot for each units, as i have been telling that my parking Lots was allocated at 7 floors(higher level) although my own unit was just 18 Floors. Im curious that why the parking lots was distribute for so high level.

It is hard for developer to assign, but from my experience, developer usually will assign better floor if your condo @ higher floor and if you have purchased additional car park. Better floor means nearer to the car park exit/entrance.
