Ranging from BR + 1.25%-1.35% (4.45%-4.55%).
MBB requires me to deposit RM26k with them to get BR +1.25%, else the rate will be +1.35%.

Depends how soon Amber appeal to the authority. I heard people say if you can show to the authority despite numerous marketing efforts taken and still not able to sell off the units, then can apply to release it.

For releasing bumi lot for sale. Certain fee for converting those bumi lot. So usually developer will add those cost in when selling the remaining units..

So far now is 450K++ depending your unit's floor..
What I mean the developer may need to pay certain fee for converting the bumi to non bumi... So, the release of non bumi may need to pay higher price... If I am not wrong.. but anyway, dbkl is also look for $$.. hard to believe they will do it for free... LOL..

Yeah, I heard that as bumi units are giving 5% bumi discount, then when the units are released to non-bumi, the 5% will go to the authority instead. Not sure how true is this.

Friend, fyi, not so soon can release bumi quota to non-bumi

Developer requirement is must at least complete 50% of progressive construction then resubmit to release 10% of total development unit to non-bumi purchaser

I've got an email from rumawip on the 10th of June saying that I missed out some documents and need to be sent to them asap. That email went to junk mail and I just noticed it today. Sigh.. But on the bright side, this means that they are processing the application
