That's depends... see RM value drop to where in the future and how Malaysia doing in the future.. Many things can happen.

Yup...the luxury service condo going to sell about RM 900 ~ RM 950 psf ( before discount ) for Block A & B & will based on original selling price reflected at SPA

As I mentioned earlier, in year 2020, this so called luxury service condo will proceed subsale price by above RM 1000 psf

Thanks for upcoming BJ City, for those holding The Treez, KM 1 East & West, The Twin Artz, The Link 2, The Z Residence, Casa Green & Kiara Residence shall be sleeping well because those properties will gradually appreciate till 2020

I ready expect Casa Green subsale blindly can achieve RM 650 & above psf...

I just found out from other forum regarding the current value of the Kiara Residence 1 (nearby this area) that the refinancing value given from Nilai Harta about RM 680 psf

Furthermore, for the next 5 years down the road, another well-known Mega Mall just opposite of this Casa Green

Rmahwip cannot sell in 10 years time and cannot rent out.... Be careful kena 'golden' finger point out if you really rent out the unit... Anyhow, this casa green rumahwip actually not that dirt cheap because due to smaller size and 1 car park only... compare to the non rumahwip, there is little different as you sacrifice those unit size and 1 car park that would cost around 60K in value...

I have called up developer today & confirmed that the upgrading cost of RM 10k is come with 4 air-cond but unable to mention at the sale form due to bank financing not granted, that's why just stated upgrading ........

Anyone signed snp? No update from Amber yet and loan still waiting for approval. Anyone know other than rhb and mbb, which bank can get full loan 450+10+20 ?

UOB can get full loan, but no legal fees included.
RHB and MBB can get full loan?
I tried 3 of them only UOB can get full loan mad.gif

Why not you try to call up developer & looking for Ms.Wari (Admin Assistant), check with her which lawyer in charge your unit, she will help you to arrange for signing

The contact you can find at at developer booking form

i passed to an agent that station there. she said rhb and mbb can recognize 480k and try to get 90% loan. i never ask for loan-in the legal fee. i expect to pay the legal fee by myself because i dun wan she story me must take their panel lawyer.

btw, what do you mean by full loan?
