More factors can affects the price of condo compare to landed, but based on my own observations condo appreciation value faster than landed within 10years time, say condo 4.0x landed max only 2.5x

1) 30 years loan, after 10 years outstanding will be around 330,000

2) 20 years loan, after 10 years outstanding will be around 252,000

So i think it won't be the same amount.

Condo 300k = 1.2mil? Possible ? Landed 800k to 1.6mil possible..
