Along the new LRT extension projects, of course higher rating on The Rainz, then followed by The Z Residence because both project are Freehold land with new architecture design, so the selling price shall be easily reach RM 750 ~ RM 800 psf in year 2020
Of course, Casa Green & Kiara Residence also not so much left behind in term of value even though both projects are leasehold, expected lower a bit again The Z Residence & The Rainz, I bravely to the bet about RM 650 ~ RM 700 psf
Whoever bought the Casa Green consider bonus point to them if developer carry on their duties in term of workmanship, on time the delivery,...etc
