Faster faster crap this Casa Green @ Bukit Jaili...

Pavillion 2 is coming up, expected selling price will be tagged about RM 800 psf & ready on year 2019...

So, on that time Pavillion 2 subsales must at least RM 950 psf & above...

All nearby Bukit Jalil City will be growing up tremendously like...The Treez...KM1 East & West...The Twinz...The Link...Z Residence...Kiara Residence...Casa Green Bukit Jalil...

Only kidding...no hard feeling...

Hopefully easily can reach RM 650 ~ RM 700 psf (because this land fall under leasehold but fortunately this land belongs to residential land, so be more valuable if residential land nowadays)

Along the new LRT extension projects, of course higher rating on The Rainz, then followed by The Z Residence because both project are Freehold land with new architecture design, so the selling price shall be easily reach RM 750 ~ RM 800 psf in year 2020

Of course, Casa Green & Kiara Residence also not so much left behind in term of value even though both projects are leasehold, expected lower a bit again The Z Residence & The Rainz, I bravely to the bet about RM 650 ~ RM 700 psf

Whoever bought the Casa Green consider bonus point to them if developer carry on their duties in term of workmanship, on time the delivery,...etc

Fyi, according to Government Statictis Dept, respectively authority has foreseen about 10 million people will be residing at Klang Valley in year 2020, so that time KV will be crowded and so happening....Cheerssss...........

I just found out from other forum regarding the current value of the Kiara Residence 1 (nearby this area) that the refinancing value given from Nilai Harta about RM 680 psf

I have called up developer today & confirmed that the upgrading cost of RM 10k is come with 4 air-cond but unable to mention at the sale form due to bank financing not granted, that's why just stated upgrading ........

Why not you try to call up developer & looking for Ms.Wari (Admin Assistant), check with her which lawyer in charge your unit, she will help you to arrange for signing

Friend, fyi, not so soon can release bumi quota to non-bumi

Developer requirement is must at least complete 50% of progressive construction then resubmit to release 10% of total development unit to non-bumi purchaser

We should be happy be part of the Casa Green resident because Paviilion 2 IS JUST NEXT DOOR ONLY
