For people who purchased for own stay should be ok. For people who just buy it for investment should be worry if RM500psf after 4 years. I think after 4 years selling at 501k (@500psf), should be at the lose side, dont forget the RGPT.

By the way, who knows when they are planning to start the construction?

I buy to rent and hopefully pass on to my children, so what I concern is how easy to rent out instead of capital appreciation. Not say I totally no mind, but so far I have no intention to sell after getting the keys.

No, left bumi units.
Are you entitle to get? If yes, go ahead and get it before developer converting them to non-bumi... I assume that might happen when developer able to.

I m not so hurry to dispose it, we shall wait after 2020, for time being better rent out 1st after VP

No one has any crystal ball. But looking at current situation, 450 psf with absolute price of 450k with connection close to lrt and in bukit jalil (kl address), quite a reasonable price hence the long booking list.

Just discovered that free aircond which being informed from the developer office staff in the beginning, it was not written in the snp. Well the unit at here is a very good entry for everyone who loves this area and I believe that whether there is free air cond or not, it doesn't affect much on the sales structure for this project.
Just wanna point out if there is the case of developer office staff promise on the free aircond but eventually no, their professionalism is questionable.

developer never say there will b free air-conds....

purchasers need to top up 10k to get 4 air conds...plus installation n other additional works...

Anything detachable is not considered as part of additional works/upgrading works, hence will be considered as free gift, which will not be financed into your loan.

As stated clearly in the annexure, the additional works include only piping & drainage works and plaster ceiling to conceal the piping & drainage works.
