Who say so, no such rule for this proj. my friend already signed with outside lawyer.
Don't get cheated by their lawyer, scold them gao gao... they try to con people using their expensive service..

Hi, yes definitely can use your own loan lawyer, as Loan legal fees is not borne by developer...! I got 1unit there and im lawyer myself i doing my own loan too ma....!:p

Yes, can roughly calculate, but some firm include those extra items charges, some lawyer can give cash back... Lol... All still depend on lawyer firm.

Yes yes... If you stick to developer lawyer mostly lesser rebates as they dont really earn on SnP as SnP fees is free (borne by developer). So definitely they need to make some bucks back on Loan . Or else they will not making monies at all. So in simple, normally they wont give too much rebates on loan legal fees.

And the developer yet to call me for snp signing....

For Public Bank, they are facing issues now due to the rebates given for early birds and i think the EF line has been temporarily frozen.
