Wondering why is so quiet about this project?? Good or Bad sign?

Or could it be due to units fully sold out and buyers just waiting for the permit approved for a officially launch?? Until that time...guess there will be not much to talk about.

Really keen to know the project specifications and hope they will not "Kiam siap" to give good specifications la!

I would say should be good, if units are still many available, u will see many agents come out and push it. Hehehe...

From my understanding the developer didn't engage any estate agent and the response are like overwhelming!! Unlike Park Hill can see many agents to promote. I compare both as currently they are both new launches and located at Bukit Jalil. Both also Leasehold and walking distance to LRT station. CG with Rumah Mampu for public and PH for G servants.

My personal view...Although Park Hill is just ~100 ft2 bigger but from their floor plan, is much more practical in size (eg. practical size for bedroom and living hall). Their public units also separated from their Government servants block which can provide better privacy and fair to the buyers who paid much higher prices. One down point for them is the units are either facing morning sun or evening sun which will be like "HOT CAKE", especially to those buyers unit bought the west facing units!

My 2 cents!

Tats y this project called project mampu milik... No 40k cheque (actually is cash).... Mean u not mampu milik.... So just pass to other buyer tat mampu milik:p

If you're just put yr name in waiting list, doesnt need to put the 10% ... 10% is those that secured the unit and given the unit number then sign the letter of Intent.

From this thread, I got to know that this project yet to approve by DBKL.
I would like to ask usually how quick it takes for them to approve?
Since the name also being named, does that meant that this project is just pending for signature and most likely it will go thru to get approval from DBKL?
