My relative has placed a booking for 4 units and planning to let go 1 type D block B. Not sure it is transferrable or not before signing of S&P.

it seems tower B to tower C distance is quite close to each other, around 27 meters apart.

It is affordable home which mean smaller in size = cheaper price, 1 car park instead of 2 = cheaper price.... Owner @ blk A also have to pay maintenance fee as others... There are still many low cost apartment which is about 100K and above, just you need to see if you like the location or not.

I tot another new project of low cost apartment going to launch soon. Wondering which part of land. Manatau same project but diff blocks. But I believe this project is good buy due to pricing. Spec consider quite decent.
