30%. I assume you meant release the units to non-bumi if the bumi units not sold. It can be released at certain stage as stipulated in the D.O as this 30% are bumi sales quota.

but i think this one is high density rather than mid density cos 1000 units in 5 acres n 1k absolute units is quite high plus ZR next door..

Still think this is a GREAT buy thats the best that 2015 has offered so far.
