Anyone can share the package for the unit that you have booked?

With some discount/rebate, isn't it still need to pay 30k+ downpayment? Free SPA and loan agreement?

Yes.. downpayment still cost around 30k-46k, depending on which floor or whether is corner unit..Free SPA and loan agreement. Our side only need to bear the loan agreement legal fees, MOT upon strata title..

rclxm9.gif Better bring a blank cheque over, different floor got different rebate. I booked 18 floors corner Units (block C) with downpayment, RM38,500.00.

wow, quite decent dy.

2x2 porcelain tiles is good enough. Laminate flooring, hmm, depends on quality but i prefer porcelain tiles on bedrooms.

kitchen sure expected ceramic tiles, maybe up to 5 ft. if bathroom all also full tiles till ceiling, it's damm good dy.

Decent, will also be completed with fiber optic backbone for internet, service provider pending the request from owner. Which internet provider do you prefer ?

For me fiber optic, good bandwidth and reasonably price are all important.

460k for normal units, 300k for the houses under DBKL scheme.

The 300k is suitable for own-stay people only. Was told that you can't sell within 10 years and you can't even rent it out.
*
There are many bumi lot available on both block B and C, can inform bumi friends if they are interested. No sure if these can be released to non bumi if no taker ?

Block A RM300 is much cheaper than market price, for house hold income of less than 10 k, can apply via Prima. I like this scheme, as it help many that cannot afford to buy a house as home. Prices of house and apt has gone up too much rapidly, that salary earner hardly can afford even with combined loan....

So for rich ppl, already have house/s, please lift your hand high, go for Rainz and Z residence nearby... more facility high class to suite your needs smile.gif
