U can call rahim & co or jurunilai bersekutu.. just provide them address & size, they can estimate market value. Remember! They just estimate. If the value less than 5% higher from ur budget u may request them to come for inspection. They can give u the actual value later with formal report. But u have to pay la.
But if u really consider to buy Seri Puteri, better for u to look other property first such as Astana Lumayan under Danau Lumayan..Or PPC Glomac project. Very near to Seri Puteri. Still in Seri Permaisuri area.
PPC Glomac and Danau Lumayan build hi quality condo comapre to amber. They are not selling accessories like amber such as kitchen cabinet, modern type water tap (but rusty already), 2x2 tiles, laminated floor( but too many hollow area)..Instead they provide u a quality condo - no leaking, good finishing and etc.. Peace of mind once u move in..
In seri puteri water disruption happen once a week, almost 100% unit leaking (kitchen, bedroom & bathroom), basement parking flooding almost everyday, lift problem (lift brand is Sigma, same as u can see in Projek Perumahan Rakyat where each unit only RM42k, but i bought condo rm240k also get the same lift brand)..
Property agent will not tell u all these things. Even guard or amber staff.. They are making profit from this condo.
