You better check with developer whether they ve fix the aircon piping point or not .if they do it then should be no problem in future time you can choose your prefer aircon brand and no need to hack the wall...

Suggest buyer to take up the 10K for 4 aircon and seal piping and less hassle when vp time... SA said the aircon pipes are those can support for inverter which is more expensive when you buy inverter type of aircon.
