i got the mail from RUMAWIP also. however, the link is broken and thier website can't retrieve any information/documents as well.

But now i'm contmeplating if i want to go for the balloting? as i just booked one unit and in the midst of applying loan. i'm thinking of balloting and if my loan approve for the other unit, i let go for this one and if does not approve, i will take up this one.

any recommendations from prop sifus?

Agree with what you said but I felt its more like slapping its left face with right hand. It's supposed to be affordable houses (which it is) but the entry cost is the same like the others. Where now a lot of new props building up with "free" 10% down payment. But nevertheless, its give and take situation. I'm selected for balloting but now the bank is also in the midst of processing my loan for another unit (non govn) but not sure how is the outcome. Contemplating if I should go for the balloting?

You're right, "affordable houses" is a vague term...
Affordable price with full downpayment or sky rocket price with 0% downpayment.   hmm.gif
I do think that paying 10% downpayment is the way it should go. It filters out speculators and those who are not ready to commit themselves into getting a house.

By the way, assuming your loan for another unit goes thru, which one do u prefer?

i dont know that's why i contemplating. one is a little bit over my budget but with freehold tenure with rental and MRT in walking distance and another is within budget but leasehold with LRT and pavilion 2 at the opposite but no rental. but if let's say from what i understand leasehold is 20% lesser than freehold, it should be the price kut? i wonder if my loan from the other side approve, how do i reject this current one after balloting?

So wierd? Mine was not loading and then can use after that. Did they SMS you? Printout your email they sent to you and also the SMS along tomorrow then.

apparently not. mine is low floor and facing pool. but mum told me that the noise is pool < highway. i see a lot people jumping with joy having high floor. 23A la, 36 la 31 la.... cry.gif

I got pool view low floor. But now I think think actually OK la. Pool only noisy when weekend kids play around. Other than that I think it's fine. And yes mum also say the higher the noisier.

So yeah. Low floor faster to reach home. Haha. If lift rosak no need climb too much too. Lol. Easy for my folks as well. Haha
