If not paying the 10k for additional works, in the future if you wanna install the A/C then a lot of works need to be done to hide all the pipings. So it's better to take la, but do note that not all banks finance this 10k.

Welcome ladies & gentlemen!!! See u all in Putrajaya~~

i wont add in the aircond works.

maybe will take extra 1 parking for 20k

see u there bro,

A week after balloting need to pay RM15k deposit. Then upon signing S&P another RM15k. Those who want to add on RM10k can get 4 unit of air-cond installed + piping works. For additional parking lot will be RM20k and tandem parking will be RM10k. Get your $$ ready~.~

Tot paying 10% upon signing SNP is normal requirement? Compare to normal buyer paying additional 150K for extra size of 180sqft ....its much worthwhile lo.

Agree with what you said but I felt its more like slapping its left face with right hand. It's supposed to be affordable houses (which it is) but the entry cost is the same like the others. Where now a lot of new props building up with "free" 10% down payment. But nevertheless, its give and take situation. I'm selected for balloting but now the bank is also in the midst of processing my loan for another unit (non govn) but not sure how is the outcome. Contemplating if I should go for the balloting?

Yes, you are right. But Block B will be blocked by Block C.

You're right, "affordable houses" is a vague term...
Affordable price with full downpayment or sky rocket price with 0% downpayment. hmm.gif
I do think that paying 10% downpayment is the way it should go. It filters out speculators and those who are not ready to commit themselves into getting a house.

By the way, assuming your loan for another unit goes thru, which one do u prefer?

Anyone know is there any different in ceiling height for normal unit compare to the RUMAHWIP unit? hmm.gif

Also congrats to those who received confirmed notification for RUMAHWIP. Welcome to Casa Green!! Oops should be Residensi Hijauan!!

Saw a numbers of negative comments for KR2 as the finishing seems different from the brochure and SA. Hope Amber won't disappoint the Buyers ya! Wish the project go smoothly and complete with good quality finishing! rclxms.gif

i dont know that's why i contemplating. one is a little bit over my budget but with freehold tenure with rental and MRT in walking distance and another is within budget but leasehold with LRT and pavilion 2 at the opposite but no rental. but if let's say from what i understand leasehold is 20% lesser than freehold, it should be the price kut? i wonder if my loan from the other side approve, how do i reject this current one after balloting?

"Leasehold is 20% lesser than freehold"

i never heard of this but if this is true you still need to compare apple to apple ma...u can't take 2 different properties from 2 different locations and compare the price like that
