apparently not. mine is low floor and facing pool. but mum told me that the noise is pool < highway. i see a lot people jumping with joy having high floor. 23A la, 36 la 31 la.... 

Mine is 16th floor facing main entrance... consider ok?

Be happy this is your luck ,you are lucky to ve this unit...usual conditions high floor ve to paid more premium ,new builder charge RM1000 to RM5000 per  floor or more , the most obvious advantage of owning a high floor is the beautiful view. 

For those intending to get yourself an additional car park, there are only less than 100 car parks available, of which 38 tandem car parks (RM10,000) and around 50-60 side by side car parks available.
