5% deposit of 300k, plus 5% of car park and 5% additional work, if you take the car park and additional work.
The financing of car park and additional work is depending on bank, some banks willing to finance like UOB bank

Went developer office and paid the 5%, I take the side by side car park and additional work. Just take the additional work to avoid all the trouble la.
