Yes, i noticed it is for SkyAwani Residence's balloting session which is dated on 15th June 2015. I think they gave us the wrong proxy form.

Not all those get the email confirmation to attend the balloting session are confirmed to get a unit there? Still need to select again out of those selected to attend the balloting session? Hmm.. I thought it has already been finalised..

My friend didn't get email cause she lived on Selangor; she from outstation. I advised her to try out so its confirm that the invitation is to weed out unqualified applicants. We still need to ballot to get a unit.

A week after balloting need to pay RM15k deposit. Then upon signing S&P another RM15k. Those who want to add on RM10k can get 4 unit of air-cond installed + piping works. For additional parking lot will be RM20k and tandem parking will be RM10k. Get your $$ ready~.~

The piping work is that means the pipe will hide in the wall itself.If this kind of work it worth..The finishing and out look will be nice.....and the developer ll fix the compressor in proper place...

This is good place to own stay .lmho just pay for the aircon and extra car park as well....no regret bro!!

If not paying the 10k for additional works, in the future if you wanna install the A/C then a lot of works need to be done to hide all the pipings. So it's better to take la, but do note that not all banks finance this 10k.
