10k for 4 unit aircond and piping worth it ah?

If not paying the 10k for additional works, in the future if you wanna install the A/C then a lot of works need to be done to hide all the pipings. So it's better to take la, but do note that not all banks finance this 10k.

Agree with what you said but I felt its more like slapping its left face with right hand. It's supposed to be affordable houses (which it is) but the entry cost is the same like the others. Where now a lot of new props building up with "free" 10% down payment. But nevertheless, its give and take situation. I'm selected for balloting but now the bank is also in the midst of processing my loan for another unit (non govn) but not sure how is the outcome. Contemplating if I should go for the balloting?

i dont know that's why i contemplating. one is a little bit over my budget but with freehold tenure with rental and MRT in walking distance and another is within budget but leasehold with LRT and pavilion 2 at the opposite but no rental. but if let's say from what i understand leasehold is 20% lesser than freehold, it should be the price kut? i wonder if my loan from the other side approve, how do i reject this current one after balloting?

If it's going to be "upgraded" & "improved", please please please no high rise...else Block A & Block B units facing south will be terribly affected.. 

One more thing want to point out.The rumahwip block Those units closer to public blocks is far away from the HTC(high tension cable)...The HTC located at  Z resident >Casa green>HTC...good luck to those qualified buyer on the balloting...

Suggest buyer to take up the 10K for 4 aircon and seal piping and less hassle when vp time... SA said the aircon pipes are those can support for inverter which is more expensive when you buy inverter type of aircon.
