FYI.. I just got this mail..

"Dear Valued Customer

Happy New Year and thank you for registering your interest with us for the upcoming project “ CyberSouth “
The wait is over, we are happy to announce that Phrase 1 of CyberSouth development (GreenCasa) is soon to be launched

Attached is the information of Phrase 1 of CyberSouth development (GreenCasa)

The additional information are as below,

Correct.. 2R+2B upstairs.. 1B downstairs..
18x65 is not really a lot of space.. its like condo duplex on the ground.. lol

With that price, need to get at least 20’x65’. 18x65 is really bit small.
End lot of 30’x65’ is also not bad.

You can compare with 16 Sierra as a benchmark or reference. Of course cyber south should be at least 20% lower in price in my opinion

Assuming the corner units are more decently sized, most of the other units are odd shaped as such it will constitute a poor community.

Bro, got to becareful as it's ex-mining land as cracks will happen if the settlement work is not done properly. No wonder it is leasehold as all ex-mining lands are leasehold props.
