nah, checked with the sales person when applying the card already. HSBC i think is the only bank that so generous for existing cardholder. As long as the promotion you participated is more than 6 month then can apply for the promotion again.

I'm existing user and i got my 2nd RM500 voucher already

My first HSBC card received one 24/12/2018
Spent on January 2018 somewhere and received voucher around Feb 2018

2nd HSBC card received on July 2019
Spent on 05 Aug 2019 and received voucher Mid Sept 2019

Make sure is within 6 months period between the campaign and only once per year for RM500 HSBC x Lazada

Cancel card will need to have 3 months cool down before apply for campaign

Those who topped up this morning from forum are less than 100 people. And many people who don’t visit forum might be still dreaming. So I think cashback should be still available.

After almost 2 weeks from my inquiry, HSBC finally come back to me saying that its mistake at their end as they somehow miss my name from the eligible list

Bright side they request urgent release for the lazada voucher and i got it same day as they call me to feedback even though they say it could take up to 1 week.
Hopefully things like this wont happen again in future  Luckily can make it before 11.11 come

Just wanted to ask about the HSBC lazada rm500 voucher.

1. Can I apply the card thru Ringgit plus to be eligible? Or has to be thru the bank? (cause some clearly unsure operator I rang up from Ringgit Plus said i have to apply thru the bank - but i don't think she understood my question or she wasn't sure actually.)

2. Is it any specific HSBC credit card that i have to apply? Or all works for the promo?

eg. insurance charge twice same amount

if yes how long the rectification take place after contacted/report both bank and merchant?
i believe nobody want to pay late payment and the double charged amount and wait the money to be refunded into cc
