die die must use HSBC credit card instead of using ewallet to enjoy it and now my question is how to withdraw money from Lazada ewallet ? please advice and thanks

i manage to get it with RM1000 spend after call them to give me rebate.
at first thought RM1000 with 2 spend, but then call back and they said 3 transaction, so add another RM1 in and done.
my card was ntb after cancelled in Feb and apply through comparehero to get free gift for customer ntb more than 3 months only.

why the rm500 voucher cannot deduce all? my items all together around 497, but only deduce 455 still need to pay around 50?

I have visa amanah mpower plat with hsbc. Is it possible to apply for their visa signature as well? How long need to wait before applying new one?

no need wait 6 months la, last time i got once cancel VS within one month apply again also no issue, the latest one because of the CH gift only need 3 months, i apply again after 4 months cancellation

No longer got sms ffroom hsbc to notify charges to my cc. Before this reload ewallet rm50 oso got sms. Now I book hotel online pin dah x dapat sms. How to get the sms back.. I want to know even for rm1 charge on my card. Scared if fraudulent usage

Not sure if it has been reported here yet, there is yet another scam claiming they are from HSBC and there are big charges to your credit card. Then you need to provide them info to block the charges. I have already call CS and they confirm they are getting fraud feedback from other CC holders regarding those same fixed line numbers too. So please take note

Hi, I am new to HSBC CC. I would like to ask, for the Amanah, does the online transaction or ewallet top up considered as the eligible 12 swipes? or the 12 swipe is only for physical swipe in order to get the annual fee waiver.

I ever wonder. Actually really got meh people get those high end phones ip, samsung, ipad via RP? Or is it their gimmick only. Ahahha

bad experience applying for HSBC card. applied via Ringgitplus.

26 March: receive sms that it is on the way to the branch - 1 utama.
1 Apr: called CS and ask if my card has arrived in the branch since its expected to reach within 3-5 working days. Went all the way to the branch, waited more than 30 mins to be served. then the staff told me the card haven arrive. (literally kena April Fooled).

~fast forward~
11 Apr: called CS again since i've not heard anything from the branch. CS suddenly suggested a brilliant idea since i've waited for so long (i.e. 10 working days from 26th). CS say she will cancel my card and send to my home address direct.
15 Apr: receive call from CS, saying that because i applied 'online' (i.e. Ringgitplus) i can only collect from branch because biometrics is required. Cancelled my card again and started from square 1.

To date: haven received my card. Guess there goes my chances to get S21 from RP
