hsbc amanah is the last blow when it took me forever to reach their call center.

My third card fraud due to ipay88
Managed to speak to cs after 20 min waiting
Replaced new card
If cannot settle before due then have to pay first
No need fill dispute form cause cs raised for me

i noticed the fraud while i was driving
my wife helped me to check the app and make the call
middle of the conversation line dropped (digi sucks)
luckily the cs returned call immediately to complete the process

The other problem with HSBC cards is the inconsistent sms notifications.. I don't always get a notification when transactions are made.

Only noticed the weird transactions when i suddenly received random OTPs.
